1. Program Description

As part of our services, we may send out automated messages, such as, but not limited to, reminders regarding your appointment(s) and post-op instructions, through SMS or E-mail (when provided). You agree to receive these automated messages at any time. Message frequency varies, and data rates may apply depending on your mobile and/or e-mail provider plan. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe from our SMS messages or use the opt-out link in our e-mail messages at any time.

By opting into SMS communications from Kinder Pediatric Dental, you agree to receive text messages related to appointment reminders, scheduling updates, office notifications, billing alerts, and other practice-related communications.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code.

After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
